This Privacy Policy (the Policy) contains the policies of The Independent Dog Association
(TIDA) regarding the collection and use of information relating to this Web site
(the Web Site) and Forum (the Forum). References to the User mean any person or company
that visits or uses the Web Site or Forum.

that (a) you are of sufficient legal age and have authority to use the Web Site or

may be used for determining eligibility for use of the members area. TIDA may use
